I bring 10 years of yoga therapy and pranayama (breath work) to provide unique holistic mind and body healing experiences. My passion lies in working with women with curves (such as myself) to enhance mobility, strength, and a resilient nervous system. 1:1 Sessions start with a phone consultation.

Briefly state your experience but most importantly your point of view and how you hold space... My teaching centers on cultivating a calm, clear, and energized state of being. With over 12 years of study and practice across multiple yoga traditions, meditation, and breathwork — along with a background in exercise physiology — I weave together yoga, sound, breath, and myofascial release into an integrative, embodied experience.
This intergraitve approach supports structural alignment, nervous system regulation, emotional release, and healing at a deep cellular level, inviting the body and mind back into balance.
